The cottage is surrounded by a rich natural ecosystem: in the woods and meadows nearby, you can spot foxes, roe deer, hares, dormice, and squirrels, as well as pheasants, woodpeckers, and butterflies. Dormice, which look more like squirrels than mice, find shelter among the roof tiles during the warmer months. As they are protected by Italian law, their presence is an integral part of this authentic environment. If you are light sleepers, we recommend bringing earplugs. The private pool is available from June 1st to September 30th.
